Rapid NFR

RAPID Neurofascial Reset – available at State 11 Soft Tissue Therapy, Spalding.

At State 11 Soft Tissue Therapy in Spalding, we want to offer our clients the fastest, most effective way of getting back to living their lives.

We genuinely believe that for most clients, the way to do this is by using is RAPID NeuroFascial Reset. Here’s what one recent client we treated using RAPID said:

”I’ve spent years in pain and seeing various specialists, scans etc. One session and I’ve had 48 hours pain free, which to mean feels totally bizarre but I’m hoping it stays so I can get used to that feeling!!! Words can’t really express my gratitude.” – Client C.D.

Another said:

“I’ve come out of this session with more movement, less pain” – Client M.D.

So, what is RAPID NeuroFascial Reset?

Rapid NFR is an active, therapeutic movement based therapy.

It works by addressing your central nervous system to alleviate tension and restrictions in the body.

It can be compared to trigger point or soft tissue release techniques – but it’s different.

How is RAPID NeuroFascial Reset is different from massage?

You stay dressed for your treatment.

We assess at the beginning and multiple times throughout your treatment; personalising it to your needs throughout.

We add movement into your treatment; your therapist will move your limbs or ask you to do specific movements whilst applying pressure.

There is a lot of communication – we’ll be talking to you and asking you for feedback throughout.

Why should I book a RAPID NFR treatment?

RAPID can help with:

  • Chronic pain
  • An old injury that hasn’t healed
  • Injuries or pain that other therapies haven’t helped with
  • Traumatic injuries like whiplash

RAPID is also good for people who don’t enjoy traditional massage – but still want help, or people who prefer a much deeper pressure treatment.

What does a RAPID NeuroFascial Reset treatment feel like?

RAPID gets described as being uncomfortable during the treatment. This makes sense because RAPID addresses the central nervous system by producing a nociceptive response – it has to be uncomfortable to do that.

For most people, the pain is transitory and doesn’t linger into the next day, although some people who are particularly sensitive or have struggled for a long time with particular injuries can find there is some aching the next day.

Most people leave their appointment feeling significantly better, with less pain (or even no pain!) and more range of motion.

What kind of conditions does RAPID NeuroFascial Reset treat?

At State 11, we use RAPID NFR to help with restrictions in movement or long term issues that haven’t been resolved in other ways. We’ve helped people with shoulder restrictions, neck pain, headaches and back pain. Chances are, we can help you too.

How many appointments will I need?

We know there is a big movement towards therapists selling packages or pushing clients towards rebooking.

We don’t believe in that, and RAPID can make a difference from the first appointment. However, if you have struggled with pain or restricted movement for a long period of time (and we’ve helped clients who have struggled for years!) you may need to come back and see us for several treatments. You didn’t get injured in one day….it might take more than 60 minutes with us for you to get back to being you again.

Vic and Greg are the dynamic duo of soft tissue massage therapy. After weeks of constant pain in my feet, ankles and knees, and then seeing that they were open again after lockdown, I Immediately contact them to see if they could do anything for me. Without hesitation they got me an appointment as quick as possible and with only one visit my pain had gone. The knowledge they have of every individual bone, muscle and tendon and to know how to work them is amazing. I would urge anyone who has any pain to contact them. True super heroes in their field.

Vic and Greg are the nicest people as well as being and very passionate and talented in massage therapy. So far I have just had the one session to ease pain on my neck and shoulders and it was wonderful. I have recommended you to several friends. Thank you again

I sent my wife to State 11 soft tissue therapy and she was awestruck at the difference after just one session. My wife had to have emergency surgery for a collapsed disk and subsequently had to have reconstive surgery to improve mobility and reduce the considerable pain she was in. Consequently, she has had shoulder, neck and back pain as a result of her using her muscles differently.

Just had a wonderful body massage and facial at State11, it was very relaxing and came away feeling much better .

I was able to get a very short notice appointment to address some long term neck/shoulder/back issues. I had been toying with the idea of going for a while and years of neglecting myself by not addressing pains and tension.
